Payro Finance
We did not go viral. We got specific.
Write for someone who has made payroll on a Friday and is already thinking about the next one.
The brief every post was written to

The posts were written for the wrong reader.
Payro funds payroll for small businesses when cash-flow timing gets tight. Its LinkedIn sounded like most fintech: finance-speak for finance people, startup-speak for founders. The person who actually needs Payro is a small business owner looking at Friday's payroll.
The easy alternative was to post more often and hope something landed. We did the opposite: picked one reader and rewrote the whole content strategy around what that person worries about.
What we built

- LinkedIn content systemPosts, carousels and timely pieces like the Groundhog Day post, all written to that same reader.
- Brand infrastructureA consistent voice and visual approach so every post sounds like the same company.
