Polaris Campus

Students were weighing a degree abroad. The moment to reach them opens and closes with visa news.

Polaris doesn't need to compete with going abroad. It needs to prove it already delivers what abroad was always the means to, only faster and more honestly.

Brand audit and marketing roadmap

The competition is a plane ticket.

Polaris's real competitor is not another college. It is the plan to study in the US, the UK, Canada or Australia. Our audit found that doubt about that plan clusters around each country's visa news, so the roadmap is built around those moments rather than a generic admissions calendar.

With no graduates yet, the brand cannot oversell anyone. So the audit made that a strength: radical transparency as the position.

What we built

  • Brand auditPositioning against the real alternatives, a competitive map, and separate messages for students and parents.
  • Marketing roadmapA seasonal plan tied to visa cycles, offline and online channels, partnerships and a referral idea.
  • Two working prototypesA visa readiness scorecard and a Plan B calculator, built to show the ideas in action.
  • 90-day and 12-month plansWho runs what, in what order, and how to measure it.

Where it stands

  • DeliveredThe brand audit and roadmap, with both prototypes.
  • Pre-launchNothing has gone to market yet, so there are no results to report.
